IEU-Paris is designed for ambitious, globally minded learners seeking flexible higher education and career-focused learning within a French institutional context. Combining international perspectives with applied knowledge and professional relevance, IEU-Paris offers distance-learning programmes for individuals looking to advance their expertise, leadership capabilities, and career opportunities across borders.
Whether you are an established professional, an international learner, or a self-directed student, IEU-Paris provides a learning environment focused on academic development, practical application, and lifelong learning.
Our programmes are suited to working professionals seeking to strengthen their expertise, develop leadership capabilities, and prepare for new professional opportunities without interrupting their careers. Through flexible online learning and practical approaches, students can connect academic concepts with real-world challenges.
IEU-Paris welcomes learners with international ambitions who seek to develop knowledge and skills relevant to business, management, and professional practice across different markets. Our programmes bring an international perspective to learning and encourage students to apply their knowledge in diverse professional and cultural contexts.
Qualifications may be eligible for document authentication or attestation through the relevant authorities, depending on the destination country’s requirements. Such procedures verify documents or signatures and do not, by themselves, establish academic equivalency or recognition.
Our distance-learning model appeals to motivated individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, and a learning experience that can accommodate professional and personal commitments. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning while developing critical thinking, research skills, and the ability to apply knowledge independently.
IEU-Paris programmes may suit professionals working in business, management, education, psychology, information technology, and the social sciences who wish to deepen their subject knowledge and strengthen their professional capabilities. The emphasis is on connecting academic learning with practical challenges, informed decision-making, and continuous development.
Recognition requirements vary by country, employer, professional body, and intended use. The legal status of an institution, the status of an individual qualification, and any programme-specific accreditation are distinct matters.
IEU-Paris does not guarantee:
Equivalency through WES or another credential evaluation agency.
Recognition by the UAE or another country’s education authorities.
Automatic acceptance for public-sector employment, further study, professional licensing, or regulated occupations.
Prospective students should independently verify the requirements of the relevant education authority, credential evaluator, employer, or professional regulator before enrolling, particularly when a qualification is needed for formal equivalency, government employment, or professional registration.
IEU-Paris is committed to serving learners who value:
Flexible learning that accommodates professional and personal commitments.
International perspectives that broaden understanding across markets and cultures.
Applied knowledge that connects academic study with real-world challenges.
Professional development that supports lifelong learning and career progression.
Our learning community brings together individuals with diverse experiences and ambitions, united by a commitment to knowledge, personal growth, and the practical application of learning.
Designed for international ambitions. Built around academic and professional development.
Imperial European University Paris (IEU-Paris) is a private distance-learning institution established in France under the applicable framework of the French Education Code. Its institutional status and registration details can be checked through the relevant French administrative records.
IEU-Paris serves learners seeking internationally oriented education, flexible study pathways, and qualifications that support their academic and professional ambitions. However, international recognition depends on the qualification awarded, the country concerned, and the purpose for which it is being used.
IEU-Paris is registered in France as a distance-learning institution. Its administrative details include:
Official name: Établissement d’enseignement à distance Imperial European University
Registered address: 9 Rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France
UAI code
Official verification: Consult the French Ministry of National Education’s institutional directory using the institution’s registered name or UAI code.
Institutional registration should not be confused with state accreditation, recognition of every qualification, or the authority to award French national degrees.
IEU-Paris awards institutional qualifications (diplômes d’établissement) under its applicable academic framework.
These qualifications are intended to support academic progression, professional development, and the practical application of knowledge. Programme content may draw on international higher education benchmarks and relevant European and global frameworks.
Important distinction: Alignment with European Higher Education Area principles or international recognition frameworks does not, by itself, confer formal recognition, equivalency, or accreditation on an institution or its qualifications.
Depending on the qualification, destination country, and receiving organisation, graduates may seek to use their qualifications for:
Career advancement: Demonstrating subject knowledge and professional development to prospective employers.
Further education: Applying for admission to another institution, subject to its entry requirements.
International opportunities: Presenting academic credentials to employers and organisations across different countries.
Credential evaluation: Submitting qualifications to an evaluation agency for an individual assessment, where appropriate.
Qualifications may be presented for document authentication or attestation where the relevant authorities permit it. Authentication verifies the relevant document or signature; it does not automatically establish academic equivalency or recognition.
Recognition policies differ across countries and institutions. A qualification accepted by one employer or university may not meet the requirements of another.
In particular:
Private institutional qualifications may be assessed differently from state-issued national degrees.
Public-sector employment may require specific qualifications or formal recognition by a national authority.
Regulated professions may require separate approval, registration, or licensing.
Further study depends on the admissions and qualification requirements of the receiving institution.
Credential evaluation agencies make assessments according to their own methodologies and applicable policies.
IEU-Paris therefore cannot guarantee automatic equivalency, recognition by a particular Ministry of Education, acceptance by WES or another evaluation agency, or eligibility for a regulated profession.
IEU-Paris is pursuing its long-term development through international engagement, academic collaboration, and quality enhancement.
Its strategic priorities include:
Quality assurance and accreditation: Exploring appropriate external quality assurance and programme accreditation opportunities.
International academic partnerships: Developing potential collaborations with higher education institutions, subject to formal agreements.
Academic mobility and progression: Exploring pathways for further study, credit recognition, and collaborative educational opportunities where partner requirements permit.
Continuous improvement: Strengthening curriculum design, academic governance, student support, and the overall learning experience.
Any accreditation, membership, partnership, or candidacy is distinct from institutional registration and will be identified according to its actual status.
If you intend to use your qualification for a specific professional or academic purpose, we encourage you to:
Consult the relevant Ministry of Education or national recognition authority.
Check the requirements of your intended employer, university, or professional regulator.
Contact a recognised credential evaluation agency if an equivalency assessment is required.
Confirm in advance whether the specific IEU-Paris qualification meets your intended requirements.
Our commitment
At IEU-Paris, we believe that education should expand knowledge, strengthen capabilities, and open opportunities. We aim to provide a flexible, internationally oriented learning experience while giving prospective students clear information about institutional status, qualifications, and the recognition requirements that may apply in their chosen destination.
Your ambitions are global. Make your educational choices with confidence and clarity.
French institutional authorisation. International academic ambition. A future focused on opportunity.
Imperial European University Paris (IEU-Paris) is an authorised private distance-learning institution operating in France under the applicable provisions of the French Education Code. With an international outlook and English-language programmes, IEU-Paris is committed to delivering flexible, professionally relevant higher education for learners seeking to advance their knowledge, leadership capabilities, and career ambitions.
Ministry of National Education, France
IEU-Paris operates within the French legal framework governing private distance-learning institutions, under Articles L. 444-1 to L. 444-11 and R. 444-1 to R. 444-28 of the Code de l’éducation.
Institutional activity: Enseignement supérieur (85.40Y)
Our French institutional foundation supports our commitment to responsible educational provision, academic development, and long-term institutional growth. Institutional authorisation and registration should, however, be distinguished from state accreditation or recognition of individual qualifications.
International acceptance depends on the qualification, the destination country, and its intended use. IEU-Paris qualifications may be considered by private-sector employers, universities, and other organisations, subject to their respective admission, employment, and evaluation requirements.
IEU-Paris awards institutional qualifications. These are not automatically equivalent to French national degrees, nor does institutional authorisation guarantee recognition by every foreign Ministry of Education, credential evaluation agency, employer, or professional regulator.
For students planning to use a qualification for further study, public-sector employment, professional licensing, or formal equivalency, we recommend confirming the applicable requirements with the relevant authority before enrolment.
IEU-Paris is building its future around academic expertise, international engagement, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our professors, academic leaders, and professional network contribute to our ambition to create a learning environment that connects academic knowledge with contemporary professional and global challenges.
We seek to develop meaningful relationships with education stakeholders, institutional leaders, policymakers, and professionals internationally, supporting a broader vision of academic collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Our long-term priorities include:
International quality assurance: Exploring appropriate external quality-assurance and accreditation opportunities.
Academic partnerships: Pursuing potential collaborations, academic exchange, and further-study pathways through formal agreements.
Academic excellence: Strengthening curriculum design, faculty expertise, academic governance, and student support.
International engagement: Expanding relationships with academic, professional, and institutional communities.
Student-centred development: Advancing flexible learning and opportunities for professional and personal growth.
These initiatives reflect our future direction. Accreditation, recognition, and partnership status will be communicated accurately according to the relevant approvals and agreements actually secured.
IEU-Paris is designed for learners who value flexible English-language distance education, international perspectives, applied knowledge, and professional development. Our ambition is to build an institution recognised for its academic commitment, international outlook, and dedication to helping learners progress towards their goals.
Your ambitions deserve an international perspective.
